OPPO K13 Launched in China: Snapdragon 695, 120Hz AMOLED, 50MP Camera & 5000mAh Battery

OPPO has officially launched the OPPO K13 in China, positioning it as a stylish and performance-focused mid-range smartphone. It features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering vibrant colors, deep contrast, and silky-smooth animations while gaming or browsing. The flat-edged frame and punch-hole design give the device a sleek, modern look. OPPO also promises a high screen-to-body ratio, making the device ideal for content consumption and social media use.

Snapdragon 695 for Reliable 5G Performance

Under the hood, the OPPO K13 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, a popular 5G-capable processor in the mid-range segment. Paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, the K13 ensures fluid app switching, consistent gaming performance, and efficient multitasking. The phone supports virtual RAM expansion, adding up to 12GB extra for heavy users. It’s designed for users who want smooth performance without jumping to flagship pricing.

50MP Dual Rear Camera Setup

In terms of photography, the OPPO K13 packs a 50MP main rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. It delivers solid daylight photography with AI scene optimization and portrait features. While it lacks an ultra-wide lens, the primary sensor produces clean, high-detail shots in most lighting conditions. The 16MP front camera is housed in the punch-hole and supports AI beauty, HDR, and portrait filters, making it ideal for selfies and video calls.

Large Battery with Fast Charging

The K13 comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, which easily supports full-day use for content streaming, social apps, and gaming. It supports 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging, capable of charging the device from 0 to 100% in around 45 minutes. The phone also includes OPPO’s smart charging protection and heat management features for safe, efficient charging.

OPPO K13 Price and Global Launch Expectations

The OPPO K13 starts at CNY 1,499 (approx ₹17,000) for the 8GB + 256GB variant. While it is currently available only in China, it is expected to launch globally possibly rebranded under the Reno or F-series in India later in 2025. It will likely compete with phones like the Realme Narzo 70, Redmi Note 13 5G, and iQOO Z9 in the sub-₹20K 5G segment.
