The upcoming iQOO 13 5G is making headlines after multiple leaks confirmed that it will be iQOO’s next big flagship killer, expected to launch later in 2025. Unlike its predecessor (iQOO 12), the iQOO 13 will reportedly feature a flat-edge design with a glass-metal build, giving it a more modern and boxy aesthetic. The phone is expected to sport a 6.78-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 3000+ nits peak brightness, and PWM dimming for eye protection. The display will also include an under-display fingerprint sensor and support for HDR10+, making it a visual treat for gamers and content lovers.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and LPDDR5T RAM for Extreme Performance
The iQOO 13 5G is rumored to be one of the first smartphones powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset — expected to launch in October 2025. Built on TSMC’s 3nm process, it promises massive CPU and GPU gains over Gen 3, especially in AI-based tasks and gaming. The phone will likely come with up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, enabling blazing-fast performance, faster app loads, and smoother multitasking. iQOO may also include a large vapor chamber cooling system to manage heat during intensive sessions.
Flagship Cameras with V-Series Optimization
Leaks suggest that the iQOO 13 will feature a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, likely a new customized Sony or Samsung sensor. It may be accompanied by a telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom, and a 13MP ultra-wide shooter. The camera system is expected to benefit from Vivo’s V-series ISP enhancements, bringing better low-light processing, improved night mode, and faster focusing. For selfies, expect a 16MP punch-hole front camera with 4K video support.
Big Battery with Super Fast Charging
Battery life will be another strong area for the iQOO 13. It’s rumored to pack a 5,000–5,300mAh battery, paired with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The phone is also expected to include bypass charging, reverse charging, and battery health optimization features to keep thermals and performance in check during gaming or multitasking.
iQOO 13 5G Expected Launch Date & Price in India
The iQOO 13 is expected to launch globally by November 2025, soon after Qualcomm unveils Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. It will likely arrive in India by early December 2025, with pricing expected to start around ₹54,999 to ₹59,999, keeping it in line with the iQOO 12 series. It will compete directly with the OnePlus 13, Xiaomi 15, Realme GT 7 Pro, and Vivo X200 Pro.
