Vivo X200 Ultra Leaked: Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, 200MP ZEISS Camera, 2K AMOLED & Satellite Connectivity Incoming

The upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most powerful Android flagships of 2025. Expected to launch globally by Q4, the device will feature a 6.78-inch 2K E7 AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, LTPO 4.0, and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness. The display is also rumored to include 2160Hz PWM dimming, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. Vivo is sticking to a micro-curved design with ultra-slim bezels and a ceramic-glass finish, ensuring a luxurious in-hand feel and a lightweight premium build.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 with Custom V-Series ISP

Under the hood, the Vivo X200 Ultra will debut with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, Qualcomm’s next-gen 3nm SoC offering huge leaps in CPU, GPU, and AI performance. It’s expected to be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, making it a true powerhouse for multitasking, gaming, and 8K video handling. Vivo will also integrate its in-house V3+ ISP, enabling enhanced image processing, real-time AI noise reduction, and cinematic video capture capabilities.

Groundbreaking ZEISS Quad Camera System with 200MP Periscope

The biggest headline feature is the ZEISS quad-camera setup, rumored to include a 1-inch 50MP primary sensor (Sony LYT-900 or custom), a 50MP ultra-wide, a 50MP 3x telephoto, and a jaw-dropping 200MP periscope sensor with up to 10x optical and 100x digital zoom. With ZEISS T* coating, multi-layer lens technology, and support for ZEISS Natural Color 2.0, the X200 Ultra is aiming to lead in mobile photography. Features like cinematic portrait, night astrophotography, and 8K video with OIS-EIS hybrid stabilization are also expected. The selfie camera could be a 32MP sensor with 4K video support.

Satellite Connectivity, Massive Battery & Fast Charging

Vivo is likely to include satellite messaging support in the X200 Ultra for emergencies in remote areas—similar to Huawei and Apple’s global SOS feature. Powering the device will be a 5,500mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless FlashCharge. Bypass charging, battery health optimizations, and AI charging modes will extend long-term durability and performance.

Vivo X200 Ultra Expected Price and Launch Timeline

The Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to launch globally in October or November 2025, with an India debut likely by early December 2025. Pricing could start around ₹89,999 to ₹99,999, placing it firmly in the ultra-premium category alongside the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, iPhone 16 Pro Max, and Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
